Liz Ramey
Director of Operations

Liz Ramey leads Operations at Co-Develop, crafting organizational systems and processes that allow us to operate efficiently and that ground our work in the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Liz is passionate about inclusive development and good governance in the U.S. and around the globe, and has worked to advance that through positions with the Center for Civilians in Conflict, Indivisible, the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Vital Voices, the Civil Service Agency of the Government of Liberia, and the International Food Policy Research Institute. Early in her career, she spent two years developing adult education programs in Nairobi, Kenya, and still speaks advanced Swahili. She is also a proud board member of IDEAS Generation, a network of NextGen leaders advancing inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, and social justice. Liz holds an M.P.A. in International Affairs from Princeton University, an M.Sc. in African Studies from the University of Oxford, and a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from The George Washington University.

When not pondering how to make systems work for people, Liz enjoys watching classic films, wandering around cities, and aspiring to be a Food Network chef (Alton Brown and Marcus Samuelsson are two of her culinary icons).
