Lindsey Crumbaugh

Lindsey leads the investment team and process for identifying, funding, and supporting a global portfolio of high-impact DPI.

Throughout her career, Lindsey has invested in and scaled nonprofits and social enterprises. Most recently she was a Managing Director at NPX, where she developed innovative financial products that linked financial and social returns. Prior to NPX, Lindsey was the Managing Director and VP of Strategy & Development at Sama, a B-Corp focused on inclusive AI, where she developed and scaled new growth initiatives and oversaw the company’s nonprofit program. Before Sama, Lindsey worked at the Clinton Health Access Initiative in Zambia serving as the Deputy Country Director and Senior Program Manager for the Human Resources for Health program focused on increasing access to health services across the country. 

Lindsey started her career in finance, working in private equity and investment banking. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys hiking and working on her lifelong pursuit to cook “guest-appropriate” dishes. She lives in Atlanta with her partner and their two children.
